The first Harry Potter movie was released in 2001. It is called Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. It was the perfect movie to start off such a great saga of films. Everything about this first movie came together so perfectly. After Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone was released, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets followed in 2002. This movie may have been the second to be released, but that does not take away from how important it was to the storyline.

After those first two films, we got Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1, and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.
